She is infamous for her white supremacist anti-Semitic and violent speech and for circulating multiple conspiracy theories regarding mass shootings and fraud in elections and other topics.
In response to this behavior, the House of Representatives voted to remove Greene from all of her committee assignments to address this conduct.

Greene began her business career after her father sold her his business Taylor Commercial, a general contractor he founded.
From 2007 until 2011 Greene took up CrossFit training and was an assistant coach in one of the gyms owned by the company located in Alpharetta, Georgia.
In 2013 she co-founded a CrossFit gym along with professional athlete Travis Mayer; Greene left the company in 2017.
