She was the host and writer as well as produced MTV's "Nikki & Sara Live" as well as Comedy Central's "Not Safe with Nikki Glaser" as well. As of 2021, she started as a host, producer  on HBO Max.

Nikki Glaser was born Nicole Rene Glaser on the 1st of June, 1984, in Cincinnati, Ohio.                             .

She was raised in St. Louis, Missouri, along with her mother Julie, her father Edward, Edward and her sister Lauren and she went to Kirkwood High School.

After graduation, Nikki enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder and later moved to Kansas State University. The University of Kansas, where she graduated with an English Literature degree. 

At 18, Glaser began writing jokes & doing stand-up comedy. She stated that "I wrote from the perspective of my favorite stand-ups during this period because I didn't know what my perspective was yet.

Nikki quit drinking on the 9th of December 2011. She is credited with self-help guides by Allen Carr to help her to quit drinking and smoking. 

From 2021 onwards, Nikki took over as host for"FBOY Island", an HBO Max reality dating series "FBOY Island," and she was a part of the Netflix show "History of Swear Words." 

Glaser is also featured in numerous documentaries, such as "I Am Comic" (2010), "I Am Road Comic" (2014), "Funny Pains" (2017) as well as "Hysterical" (2021).

In 2020, she participated in the show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" and was awarded $125,000 for the nonprofit organization Rescue the Birds.
